Designed as a classic Medieval inspired peasant dress, this has a ruffled, elasticized neckline and an elasticized waist with a corset style drawstring lace up with ties. The waist is defined by the broad swath of elasticized corset smocking followed by four gloriously full and gathered tiers of fabric for the skirt.
